Dr. B. L. Arya has been a Vice – Chancellor and Registrar to various reputed State Universities of Uttar Pradesh. He has served as Registrar to Amity University, Noida for about a decade. He has retired as Registrar from Uttar Pradesh State University Services. He is currently associated with various social welfare organisations also holding important portfolios.

Dr.Sabir Ali Siddiqui is a retired Associate Professor and Head, Department of Statistics, St. John’s College, Agra. Presently, Dr.Siddiqui is working as a senior faculty at Dhofar University, Salalah, Oman. He was a founding Secretary of SamajikVikasShodhSansthan, Agra.
