A research-oriented organisation.
Samajik Vikas Shodh Sansthan, Agra is fundamentally a scholarly research forum. Since 1999.
The Sansthan (organisation) has actively shared and spread knowledge for the development of socially deprived, still on the periphery of national development. Through academic conferences and workshops, the Sansthan has explored new avenues and ways to enlighten our society on the problems and remedies for the poor. As a research-oriented organisation,it is our constant endeavour to reach out to far flung places andpeople living on the fringe.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote and carry out in-depth investigation of the problems faced by the people living in deprived conditions,especially those living in the urban slums. It is our objective to conduct policy-oriented research collaborations to highlight chronic issues faced by the poor. Additionally, we also focus on capacity building by organising small scale programmes designed to empower the marginalized population.
